Delivery Fees Breakdown
Standard Dry Shipping
The applicable delivery fee is calculated at checkout using the current settings.
Heavy Goods ( Rice )
If an order contains more than 4 bags of rice, an additional delivery fee is charged per bag from the 5th bag onwards.
Cold Chain Frozen
A separate delivery fee of + ¥500 is charged for all frozen and refrigerated items.
Okinawa Surcharge
An additional delivery fee of + ¥1,000 is charged for shipments to Okinawa.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking code that works with Japan Post and Yamato Transport. Use it to check the delivery status of your package at every step.
